    If you are experiencing a technical issue and require support:
    • Reach out to your normal technician using the contact info provided. If you do not remember that contact info., then contract Tallis (Team Lead) on 306.914.0846
    • Right-click the IT logo in your taskbar and select submit ticket
    • Use the support portal to create a trouble ticket. Visit the INTECH Solution Centre located here: https://intechcs.servicedesk.comodo.com/, log in and create a ticket

    If you are having password issues, and you've tried the self-help troubleshooting tips in the , "I forgot my password" FAQ, then please create a ticket if you can access the portal, or give us a call if you can't at 306.914.0846. Please note that password resets that occur outside of normal business hours are subject to afterhours rates.
