My password is not working / I forgot my password
Passwords are meant to keep the bad actors at bay. Sometimes they frustrate the good guys too!

If you are having password issues, and you've tried the self-help troubleshooting tips below, the please create a ticket if you can access the portal, or give us a call if you can't at 306.914.0846. Please note that password resets that occur outside of normal business hours are subject to afterhours rates.

Self Help:
  • At least half of the time, password errors are due to caps lock. Please ensure that your caps lock is not engaged and retry your password.
  • Password issues preventing logins to online services like Office 365 often stem from the language or keyboard settings having switched. Check to see that your keyboard input is set properly. Click here for a primer on how to do that.
